Creative Media Production is aimed at students wishing to go into the film or television industry. This course provides exciting opportunities with hands-on experience of moving image production through to practical projects. You will work with cutting edge; up-to-date facilities and industry-trained staff will support you while working on real world projects with live clients.

The music department is an exciting area within the college that allows students to develop skills in performing, composition and song-writing in an industry-focused environment. Staff are fully experienced in their discipline and offer a range of professional experience to support the delivery of the course. You will have the opportunity to perform in live shows.

The Music Technology course is run as much like the music industry as possible. You’ll learn by doing the skills rather than writing about them and will have access to state of the art technology. All staff currently work within the music industry and bring their knowledge and experience to you to enrich your learning. You’ll develop skills to have a career in the music industry.

This Course will provide you with an excellent training in all of the techniques you will need for a career in Musical Theatre. An equal measure of Acting, Singing and Dance will develop your skills ready for progression to Drama School to study the subject at degree level. Your talent will have plenty of opportunity to shine through fully staged productions during the Season.

Experience a professional theatre environment, learning the essential skills you’ll need for a career in performance in Film, Television or the West End. You’ll have opportunities to develop and perform your own work in addition to pieces developed with the staff and have access to a well-stocked costume department in our state-of-the-art studios in Conservatoire EAST.

The production arts course provides you with an excellent range of experience in technical theatre. A fast-paced course, it aims to make you a rounded theatre technician by working on The Season of events in Conservatoire EAST – a mix of straight plays, drama, musical theatre, comedies, music gigs and media screenings. The course is perfect if you’re looking to become a stage manager.
